Most air compressors are lubricated with oil, which over time and use deteriorates. It is vital that the oil and any filters are changed in accordance with manufacturers specs the prevent damage.
Bayteck Systems are authorised service and repair agents for ALMiG compressors and Hindin Marquip piston compressors and we will undertake any warranty claim for any of these brands. We can arrange an air compressor inspection and service either on-site or at one of our workshops. Our team can also service any air compressor dryer installed at your site. Servicing can be down on-site or in our workshops
On-site servicing - We know that minimising downtime and disruption is important so we offer on-site servicing across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato rather than you having to bring your compressor to us.
In-house servicing option - If the problem turns out to be bigger than expected, we have large workshops equipped with full engineering and servicing facilities. If work can't be completed on site we'll take the compressor away for more technical repairs. If your compressor is portable and you are nearby you are welcome to bring it in for repairs - no appointment necessary.

Our team have been working as compressor suppliers, installers and servicers for more than 20 years and all our technicians are experienced in offering comprehensive industrial air compressor maintenance for every brand we sell.
- Compressor oil analysis - a small oil sample is taken from your compressor and tested. This oil analysis test will allow us to see whether there is excessive wear inside the compressor by picking up small metal particles. A compressor oil analysis will tell if certain internal components in your compressor are wearing out faster than others and is relatively simple to complete.
- Compressed air quality testing - to analyse the air quality coming out of your air compressor. A compressed air quality test will identify and a report will detail the following substances in your compressed air: odour, water (H2O), oil, carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and oxygen (O2). A report for compressed air contaminants will help let you know what type of filtration system is required.
- Electrical work - Bayteck Systems has staff that are qualified electricians and can handle any large electrical installation and compressor electrical repairs.
- Frame and truss servicing - servicing all aspects of your frame and truss operation including nail guns, compressed air and can design and adapt systems to suit. Bayteck Systems can engineer specific parts including nail gun brackets and base plates to help your automated building systems.
- Air tool servicing - if your air tool or pneumatic tool is in need of a service or repair, many years of experience means Bayteck Systems will have your tool back in tip top shape.
